Who We Are

EqualEdge was established EqualEdge exists because of a gap that shouldn’t exist. In 2019, grant-funded research led by a Disabled People’s Organisation revealed a critical problem: disabled professionals were securing employment but too often lacked the structured, high-quality workplace support needed to stay, progress, and thrive in their careers. The evidence pointed to a clear solution — a specialist recruitment agency focused entirely on Workplace Support Workers. EqualEdge was built to be that solution. Today, we operate nationally, matching skilled Workplace Support Workers with disabled professionals at every career level. We work alongside employers to dismantle the structural and administrative barriers that hold talented people back — because removing barriers isn’t just the right thing to do, it’s how organisations unlock their full potential.
